How does this work?

Appearently this is a two way bong which can be modified easily by turning a knob in the middle (cannot be seen on picture). The knob settings are three: left, right or both. Left and right chambers are filled with different flavored liquids and from them the cloud coes into the final chamber which is filled with ice
